Rocky Mountain National Park Elopement | YMCA

If you’re wanting to say “I-do” somewhere incredibly beautiful look no further than a Rocky Mountain National Park Elopement. Mandy and Kendrick had been throwing around wedding plans for quite some time. They had their engagement party and a few months later started to plan. As usual life had other plans. Mandy had personal stuff come up so they started planning again just in time for Kendrick to have serious health concerns. Thankfully they both started doing better and insisted on saying I-do before the new year.

They decided on the anniversary of their first date and rented out Ed’s Cantina in Estes Park because that was one of their first dates. But also who doesn’t love tacos?? They chose to go with the gorgeous YMCA of the Rockies because it can be pretty difficult to get a last minute wedding permit in Rocky Mountain National Park. Thankfully the wind had died down from the 30 mph from the day before and the sun decided to come out. I still appreciate that part of the wedding favors were hand warmers. All in all it was a beautiful December day in Colorado for a winter wedding.
