When Bekah and Mason said they wanted to elope in Yosemite but it was too difficult to get ahold of anyone we told them not go give up! There are plenty of gorgeous locations in California. So, they started looking into Kings Canyon and they easily got their permit. Once they told us, we could not wait! Have you ever seen the giant trees!? They are beautiful and the perfect backdrop for dramatic and enchanting photos. We got up at 4:30 AM to head up the mountain to the ceremony location for their sunrise elopement at Panoramic Point. It was a clear cool morning and the sun popped up as soon as he headed down the aisle.

After the ceremony we headed down into Sequoia to get some wedding portraits. We went to a few different locations and were in awe of these giants the entire time. If you’re considering doing a Sequoia National park elopement (or Kings Canyon) definitely consider it and let us know because we’d love to take more photos here!
