Sedona Arizona Elopement Photographer

sedona arizona elopement

There’s something so magical and enchanting about Sedona, Arizona. If you’ve never been there the red rocks glow and the city is incredibly romantic. I was so excited when Britney and Josh decided to elope in this amazing place. The morning started surrounded by family and friends where they did a unity sand ceremony having every guest pour in a different color into a vase. We then headed to a day use area for a picnic lunch where speeches were given and a ton of food was consumed.

The 40+ gusts started to come in and it was suppose to rain so we were getting a little nervous but brought a bubble umbrella just in case. After the picnic we left for Schnebly Hill to get some golden hour wedding portraits. The road was in far worse condition than we had anticipated and allowed time for so without wanting to lose the light we found a gorgeous spot for photos and pulled over. Thankfully the wind died down and the clouds came in but the rain held off. We were able to get some incredible shots before the sun set behind the red rocks and sneak in a few lantern photos before heading back down the extremely bump road.
